Office Hours and Campus Visits
The Main Office will be open from 7:15 a.m.-3:45 p.m. daily, beginning on August 5, 2024. Summer hours for the Main Office will be announced once we move into our temporary facility in June. Because of modifications being made to bring classrooms up to required building codes, there will be limited access to these spaces until later in the summer.

Transportation
Ascent Classical Academy does not offer transportation. However, we encourage families to carpool. We also allow childcare facilities and providers to drop off and pick up children, as long as their information is on file.

Opportunities for Involvement
We encourage parents to get involved in the Ascent Classical community. Your support and participation are invaluable to us, and we welcome your contributions. Examples of involvement include the following: serving as a substitute, hosting a gathering for your child’s grade level class, volunteering in the classroom, or serving as a lunch/recess monitor. Upcoming Events
During June and early July, please be on the lookout for Current Student/ Parent meetings. There will be both virtual and in person options to accommodate busy summer schedules. At these meetings, more detailed information will be shared about the day-to-day operations of the upcoming school year. There are also Meet the Teacher events planned for the first week of August.

After School Care
During our first year in the temporary facility, we will partner with local providers for after school care. We’ve established a partnership with the Northwest Family YMCA, located on Kennerly Road, for afternoon pick up of ACA students at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church. More information on this opportunity will come in a separate message. If you have a preferred facility in the area, we are happy to reach out to them to explore a partnership.
