Dear Archers,
I hope this email finds you well!
If you have not already submitted your immunization and/or exemption forms during registration, this is a reminder to please bring them into the front office before August 28. Colorado law states that all immunization records must be received before your student starts school.
If your student has any medication that needs to be brought into the health office, please include all paperwork, signed by your student's physician. You can find the correct medical forms required by clicking here.
Families may deliver immunization and/or exemption forms as well as student medications to Health Technician, Mrs. Luquette, at the following times:
Returning families
The week of August 21-25
8 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
New and Returning families
Back to School Night
Wednesday August 23
5-6:30 p.m.
