Aftercare Payment on RevTrak
Spots are limited. Parents may now use RevTrak to pay the one-time registration fee and monthly aftercare dues online. Please note: the deadline to pay for care beginning the first week of school is August 25. The cost of the first week of school (August 28-September 1) will be waived and included in September registration.

School Lunch
We are partnering with a local food provider to offer hot lunch for purchase each school day. The ordering platform is Boonli: please refer to this document for instructions on how to create an account, add student profiles, and order meals. Lunch menus are uploaded monthly. Parents are required to order and pay for each week of meals by the preceding Friday at midnight.
Information on free and reduced lunch will be provided in next week’s newsletter.

Carline Details
During the week, parents may drop off their student 7:20-7:45 a.m. Parents may pick up their student 3-3:30 p.m. Any students registered for aftercare stay in their classrooms until 3:30 p.m. See below for a map of the carline flow.

Please note: both information sessions will cover the same topics
Meet the Teacher is an open house event. We encourage families to meet their students’ teachers, see their classrooms, and attend one of the two information sessions led by Dr. Tacoma. Information sessions will cover topics including uniform guidelines and how to be successful as a new Ascent Classical family. Refreshments will be provided.
