- Parents may begin dropping off students at 7:15 a.m. Students not at their desk at 7:40 will be counted tardy
- We will have one car line for our families.
- Enter the campus from University Drive.
- As you pull up to the curb in front of the school, staff will assist students as they exit from their cars.
- Families should remain in their cars and quickly have children exit so that the line can flow smoothly.
- Do not leave the line by pulling around another car.
- Staff will dismiss cars to exit to ensure student safety.
- All cars will exit onto Bird Street, the road that is in front of Hope Fellowship Church.
- Please follow all instructions as school staff provides directions for entering and exiting the campus.

- Parents may begin lining up at 3:00 p.m. Carline ends at 3:30 p.m.
- Cars will enter again from University Drive to begin afternoon pickup.
- Four lines will form before merging into one lane at the bottom of the hill, at which time a staff member will direct you.
- Please follow all staff directions.
- Stay in your cars while we load your children, and be sure your car tag is clearly displayed.
- Students will remain in their classrooms until we call for them.
- Please do not drive around cars to exit unless a staff member signals you to do so; wait until the car in front of you has exited.

Meet the Teacher Reminder
|
As a reminder, our Meet the Teacher event is tomorrow, August 6 from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Please park in the parking lot of Hope Fellowship Church! There is much more parking there and our campus lot is very limited in space. This is a drop-in event, so come anytime during that two hour timeframe. We look forward to meeting your families tomorrow!

Each family will be provided with a car placard, which we ask you to display on your dashboard. Student name(s) and grade level(s) will be printed on this placard.
You may pick this up at the Meet the Teacher event tomorrow, August 6, or we can provide this for you the first day you pick up your child. If your student has multiple family members authorized to pick them up from school and you need additional cards for their vehicles, please contact the front office and let us know.

Don’t forget to create an account on the EZ app for our lunch program. Costs and menus are provided once you create an account. You may send in a healthy snack with your student each day if you choose to do so. Water bottles that are solid colors and non-distracting are allowed in classrooms but must only contain water — no juice or soda is permitted.

Walking Students to Class
|
You are welcome to walk your student to class on the first day of school, but parking is extremely limited. After the first day, students will walk to their classrooms by themselves. Due to limited parking on our campus, Hope Fellowship Church has given parents permission to use their parking lot on the first day of school to walk students to their classrooms. However, please note that this permission is only for August 8.

Avoid the line and pay student fees online! Your fee of $120.00 per student ($400 family cap) includes student classroom supplies as well as any consumable texts that will become part of your student’s home library.
Remember that registration is not complete until the student fee is paid. We will also accept payment of the student fee at our Meet the Teacher event on Tuesday, August 6 – BUT we encourage you to pay online as soon as possible. You can access the online link here.

Medications/Health Concerns
|
If at all possible, please administer necessary medicine at home. If this is not possible, please contact the School Nurse, Mrs. Rachael Williams, on procedures and required forms for dispensing medicine at school.
Mrs. Williams will be available at the Meet the Teacher event on Tuesday, August 6 to discuss any specific medical concerns, including those requiring an Individual Health Plan.
