Instructional Fees
The last stage to complete your student's registration is submitting the instructional fees, which help cover the cost of textbooks, workbooks, literature, and miscellaneous school supplies:
- Grammar School Students: $120
- Upper School Students: $150
- Family Cap: $400
Please submit payment online by June 30, 2023, to ensure your student's registration is complete.

Attend a Tour or Information Meeting
If your family or student are new to Ascent and would like to tour our building you may sign up on our website to attend an upcoming building tour.
We are hosting a prospective kindergarten family night from 6-6:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 15 for families to learn more about kindergarten at Ascent Classical with special emphasis on our half day program, please sign up to attend here.
We are hosting a prospective family information meeting on Thursday, June 15 at 7 p.m. for families of K-12 students interested in learning more about our program.Kindergarten families attending the session prior to this are encouraged to stay.

Host a Summer Grade-Level Gathering
We are looking for families interested in hosting grade-level gatherings throughout the month of June and July. If you are a new or returning family interested in hosting, please complete this sign up form and email Mrs. Clay with details.

Fall Athletics
- High School Girls Volleyball: Girls entering grades 9-12 interested in volleyball should contact our head coach Mrs. Bissonnette, for specific information about summer training (beginning mid June) and try-outs.
- Middle and High School Cross Country: Boys and girls entering grades 6-12 interested in joining cross country in the fall should contact Mr. Spyksrta. Additional cross country information may be accessed below:
- Middle School Boys Soccer: Boys entering grades 6-8 interested in playing soccer should contact our athletic director, Mr. McWhorter, as he is gauging interest for the fall.
- Grammar School Cross Country: Landsharks Cross Country will be offered for students entering grades K-6 this fall. Registration opens at 9 a.m. on July 24 through Landsharks.

Lands' End Sale Update
In our last Courier on Friday, June 2 we published a sale shared with us by Lands' End for 20 % off plus penny logos, this information was a miscommunication from their team. After bringing this error to their attention, they have worked to remedy the situation for our families and will offer the same sale from today through Friday, June 16. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
- For purchases between June 8 and June 14, use CODE: ERASER and PIN: 2834
- The codes will be on top of the website through June 16 to receive the 20 % off
- The penny logos will be applied automatically at checkout when using our school number

Uniform Swap and Sale
Thursday, June 15 we will host a used uniform swap and sale from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on campus. In addition to being able to purchase items, you may bring uniforms your students have outgrown and swap them for different sizes. We are able to accept cash or check for uniform purchases.
