If your student will be attending Clifton Christian Church (Grades 1-2) please carefully review the CCC carline procedures.
To accommodate families with students attending both campuses, Clifton Christian Church will delay the end of carline drop-off until 7:50 a.m. Consequently, carline pick-up will start at 3:10 p.m.

Lunch
School lunches will be available for purchase through Dishes2U. This organization partners with local food vendors (such as Chick-fil-a and Domino's) to provide meals that you can purchase for your student ahead of time. Lunch ordering will be available starting in October. We will provide information on how to order lunches and what will be available in the next few weeks. In the meantime, students need to bring a sack lunch to school.
Students that qualify for free and reduced lunch will receive direct notification from the front office regarding meals for the month of September. Please reach out to our receptionist, Mrs. Kay Anderson, or call 970-812-0202 with any questions.

Reporting Absences
To report an absence please call 970-812-0202. You will be prompted to leave a message. Please make sure to include your child's full name, grade, and reason for absence.

PowerSchool: BrightArrow Communications
Bright Arrow is our emergency messaging system. Parents will need to opt in in order to receive messages. Please review PowerSchool Instructions to set up your parent and student accounts. Please review our BrightArrow communications guide
as well.

Parent Volunteering
Parents will need to have a background check through Raptor prior to volunteering in classrooms. This system will be up and running in the next few weeks. In the meantime, please fill out the volunteer interest form.

Photography Consent Form
Please complete this form to specify the level of permission you would like to give our school to use student images. Parents may grant three tiers of permission:
Tier 1: no photography of your student
Tier 2: photography for internal use only, such as identification and yearbook photos
Tier 3: photography for Ascent Classical Academies marketing, in addition to Tier 2 permissions
Please note: families may update their student’s photography status at any time. If a student’s photography status changes during the school year, permissions will be updated accordingly from the date of the change. If no form is submitted, photography permissions will default to Tier 2 for your student.
To grant specific permissions to a certain child in your family, please submit an additional copy of the form.

Student Uniforms
Please review the uniform checklist to ensure your student has the necessary uniform items prior the first day of school on September 5. To order any remaining uniform items for your student, go to the Lands’ End Uniform Shop and use the preferred school number 900198599.
