SUMMER EDITION TWO

Dear Archers Families,

Summer is just getting started and this is a great time to encourage your students to keep reading during the break.

The benefits of summer reading are well documented, including the maintenance of literacy skills and preventing "summer slide" or learning loss. Students who engage in summer reading make gains in reading proficiency, increase their vocabulary, and learn to make reading for pleasure a life-long habit.

Summer reading is required for students entering grades 7-11 and optional for students entering grades K-6.

Click each button below the book cover for the assignment instructions. These books are available at the school office Tuesdays and Wednesdays 8 a.m.-noon. 

Please review our Updated Summer Checklist designed to spread out tasks and help you maximize your break without missing important dates or rushing to get everything done in August.

Instructional Fees

The last stage to complete your student's registration is submitting the instructional fees, which help cover the cost of textbooks, workbooks, literature, and miscellaneous school supplies:

• Grammar School Students: $120
• Upper School Students: $150
• Family Cap: $400

Please submit payment online by June 30 to ensure your student's registration is complete. Click here for more information on Student Fees and Supplies. Please contact Mrs. Greely regarding finacial assistance for school fees or uniforms.

Summer Office Hours
We are open during these summer office hours:

• June 5 – June 30: Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
• July 1-30: Closed
• August 1-25: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

On Tuesdays and Wednesdays our main phone line 970-545-6650 will be monitored from 8 a.m. to noon and our campus office will be open for visitors may stop by the front office.
